Seventeen miles in the Singapore sun- complete! It was brutal, but it was my own fault. I couldn't get motivated to get up so I didn't start running until around 6:30 am. Fitting Remarks: A Big TRF Announcement.
The Outer Banks Marathon is this Sunday. It will be a small marathon with about 1,200 runners- a perfect size in my opinion.
