Fits Do Race Reviews: The Donut Run 2016
Last Sunday, I ran the "Hustle & Dough" i.e. the donut run with Mill City Running! I participated in this run in 2015, which was its inaugural year. There were a few changes this year compared to last, but the general idea was the same: a fun combination of running and donuts! Technically, it was not a "race"- there was no clock. Just a fun event; everyone is a winner! Registration Continue Reading

Weekly Recap and Lots of Vizsla Pictures!

I was supposed to do the 300m sprints at a 6:55 pace. Considering my goal for the TC 1 Mile was a 6:30 min/mile and 300m is much shorter than a mile, this seemed doable, but at 6 am, it felt pretty hard and I often Continue Reading

I only had time for my one mile on Saturday before we hit the road back to Minneapolis, so I was Continue Reading

If you haven't been, definitely check it out. They host "Flapjack Friday" runs every week at 6:30 am. I went to one a few weeks ago and it was a blast! Back to the Tuesday Talk: This was a free seminar last Continue Reading
