What is The Right Fits?
The Right Fits is my (Jessie’s) personal blog about my experiences trying to find The Right Fits in fitness and fitness fashion. Here you will find honest reviews of fitness classes around the Twin Cities (and sometimes on the road). You can read lots of race recaps, particularly marathon recaps as I continue on my journey to run a marathon in every state, with a few countries thrown in every once in a while as I pursue the 7 continents as well. You will also find plenty of pictures and posts about my dogs, two vizslas, Ruth and Matilda. I’ll share travel posts on occasion. I will share my weekly recaps with details about my workouts and anything new in fitness fashion.
As of January 2022, I have completed 38 marathons in 27 different states and 5 countries. I have run many, many other races of all distances (half marathon, 10k, 8k, 5k, 1 mile); some trail runs but mostly on pavement. I would love to connect with you!

Hi Jessie,
I’d like to invite you to a complimentary tuneup from Orthology with Dr. Josh, the man who developed the methodology. He treats professional athletes, the Minnesota Vikings and Olympians so you’ll be in good hands.
You may have heard of Orthology, a new approach to treating back and body pain using collaborative care teams. Instead of seeing a chiro who only treats bone/joint issue or a PT who only treats muscle issues Orthology puts those people in the same room with a patient to help them get better, faster.
I’d love for you to experience what makes Orthology more effective than other options because I know once you experience it, you’ll be sold. If you’re interested in reviewing his services and sharing it with The Right Fits readers, let me know.
Thank you,
Stacy

Jess,
I was searching for a bit of motivation. I am also training for Boston and I’m getting a bit burned out. ( 6 more weeks to go) Your times are very close to mine so I’m assuming we will be running in the same line up at Boston. I just wanted to say Hi and hope to see you at Boston.
Sondra

Sondra, I hope Boston went well for you!

That’s a super-cute long sleeve. Do you remember the brand?
Jessie Benson says
Sure do! It is Sweaty Betty.
San says
Thanks! I will have to keep an eye on their stuff… unfortunately, they don’t seem to have that one anymore.
Jessie Benson says
No 🙁 I think I bought it quite awhile ago!
